The Money Blueprint: on Financial and Spiritual Fulfillment
Introduction
“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:21). Brothers and sisters, today I want to talk to you about your ‘money blueprint,’ that invisible framework etched into your soul that affects your financial path, your relationships, and your personal life.
The Blueprint and Your Relationships
It is written, “Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers” (2 Corinthians 6:14). If your money blueprint is set for low expectations, you will likely find yourself yoked to someone who complements these financial limitations. Like attracts like, so if your aim is low, you’ll find someone whose aim is similarly low, reinforcing a cycle of scarcity.
The Blueprint and Business Success
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” (Colossians 3:23). Many believe that their business success is dependent on skills, knowledge, or timing in the marketplace. But I tell you, this is chasing after the wind (Ecclesiastes 1:14). Your business is a reflection of your inner money blueprint. Your earnings will mirror what you believe you are worth in your heart of hearts.
The Ebb and Flow of Blessings
“Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap” (Luke 6:38). Some may find their financial situation fluctuating, sometimes exceeding their money blueprint by making an unexpected sale or receiving an unexpected sum. Beware! If your inner blueprint hasn’t changed, you’ll find ways to lose that money to revert back to your comfort zone.
Changing Your Blueprint
If you wish to change your financial standing, heed the words of Romans 12:2, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” For the children of God are not bound by earthly blueprints. Renew your mind, and you can rewrite your money blueprint to reflect a Kingdom mindset, where “all these things will be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33).
Conclusion
The Apostle Paul wrote, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). Brothers and sisters, your money blueprint may be set in your mind, but remember, it is God who has the master blueprint for your life. Align your financial goals with God’s purpose, and you’ll find a life of abundance that is both rewarding and righteous.
